You get a clear, written quote before we start, so there are no surprises.
A few things move the price up or down: the square footage of the space, whether it needs one coat or two, the condition of the walls, how much prep and repair is needed, the type of paint, and whether it is inside or outside work. We look at all of this in person, so your quote matches your actual home instead of a one-size-fits-all guess.
Paint only looks as good as what's under it. If you skip the prep, even the best paint will peel and crack fast. That's why we spend most of our time cleaning, fixing, and getting things ready.
One coat can freshen up the same color. But if you're changing colors, you'll almost always need two coats so it looks even and lasts. We'll tell you what your job needs.
